I didn't see the actual flowers and container, as I ordered them online. But the person they were delivered to loved them. So yeah, am pretty satisfied with the service.

Happy about the delivery. Recipient of the flowers called and told me that it was a pretty bouquet and she loved it very much.

Ordered on a Sunday were delivered on the Monday. Lovely flowers, Better than other florists I've used. 5 Stars

The flowers were not the box I ordered they came in a bunch and not the type specified in the order... I understand that substitutes will be made but unfortunately it seems all the flowers were. although beautiful and turned up on day requested

Beautiful flowers for a friend (and colleague) who had a bit of a nasty fall. Rang at about 3pm on a Friday afternoon and organised easily for delivery Saturday.

This morning met with Denise to discuss flowers for my wedding. I went armed with iPad and some pictures to give a vague idea of what I wanted and I was given advice on what would work and some alternative suggestions. I liked the fact she really understood what I wanted to achieve. Am over the moon with everything and then got a nice surprise it came in under budget yay! I guess the only negative thing was when I messaged on Facebook on Tuesday evening got automated message saying someone would get back to me soon. On Thursday I rang shop to be told the messages went to an external source which meant they didn't know anything about my message. I did get a response at 16.43 on Thursday on messenger. Maybe would be good to move this into the shop so the ladies can respond in a timely manner. Could increase the profile of the shop. Both ladies I met today were lovely, friendly and made me feel at ease. I know I am in safe hands. Thank you ladies x
